Buzzing / Vibrating sound

Buzzing / Vibrating sound
I have a 2002 F-350 SD
The problem is the 4- way/ turn signal relay it makes a very annoying sound I have replaced this and still have this problem.
The sound goes away when I apply the brakes or use the turn signals?
Any help would be great..
