power window motor help

ok. I need to change my driver's side power window motor.

I took off the door panel. The I tool off the plastic weather sheet. Now I am unsure what to do next. Is there anything else that comes off? Not much room to work with behind there. I understand that I am going to have to secure the window.

How to you get the power window motor out and replace it?

You have to remove the motor/regulator assembly, then remove the motor for regulator. I'm not sure if it's bolted or riveted, if it's riveted, drill them out and replace with bolts.
