2 Error codes from my superchips

Hello all,

I got bored so I cleaned out my throttle body with some contact cleaner / carb choke cleaner. The dealer wants like $80 for it and I figured hell, I can make sure its clean and check the ports in the back of the throttle body. Well I have never used my tuner to check codes because I never had a check engine light come on. So after I got the MAF/throttle body and such all back together (BTW I have an Open air intake installed) I disconnected the battery for about 15minutes or so. I then plugged the battery back up and let the car run at idle for 10 minutes or so. I then turned it off for a couple minutes and then took out on a ride for about 10 minutes. Mostly on the freeway down an exit and back. I got the following codes P0113 and P1000.
P0113 Intake Air Temperature Circuit High Input
P1000 Monitor Testing Not Complete
However I am wondering if the P0113 is just because the air intake is now open and increased air is coming into the motor. I did notice after my first trip on the freeway that I did forget to plug the sensor that is half way down the air intake back in (past the MAF). I plugged it in and went on another trip but the check eng light stayed on. I cleared the codes w/ my tuner and plan to drive around tomorrow and see what happens.
I just wanted to get some ideas from the group.

You have to wait until the P1000 code goes away (a few key cycles and about 25 miles or so). Then read the codes and post what you have.

Well there were no codes. I think because I disconnected the battery it needed time to leard and that is where the error codes came in. Hopefully by cleaned the MAR and the other sensor in the intake I get some better mileage, 340 miles a tank is hurting with paying $2.30 a gallon and driving like a grandma.
