I have a 93 ford bronco. In the process of putting a 6 inch BDS lift/35 MT/R's, but here's the kicker.....I just spent 3 G's of lift and tires, spent 14hours putting of the lift and my 4 wheel drive doesn't work. I know I don't have my priority's straight. So my question is I don't have voltage to the transfer case motor and my (hanye's manual) doesn't show were other componets are. I think a shift modual is under the seat. Just wondering if someone knows of a good web site or can take me through some trouble shooting?
The control module is in the passenger side kick panel. It’s probably the motor. A good start would be to tap the motor with a hammer while a buddy pushed the button.
hey screwy he has no power to the motor so i think he may be on the right track with the control module.
have you checked all the fuses? the module is behind the passenger kick panel. but i would start simple first. it is usually the simple things that make us think that it is more serious.
fuses are good getting voltage through the right ones. I'll check the module behind the kick panel tomorrow... Is there another under the drivers seat? I thought I had two modules...can't remember the wiring schmatics are in my truck so I can't check now.
