Block Warmer
It's just now getting cold enough here to plug in my block warmer overnight but I have a question: There's two plugs coming out. Do I plug them both in and how do I determine if it's working correctly? Thanks.

well first you need to find out where those 2 plugs are going , there is one for sure going to the motor , and this warms the coolant . i would say either someone has installed a aux heater some where or the stock unit failed and another one was hooked up .
track down the wires and let us know what you find .

Block Warmer
One on the right side should be the factory heater and the other is a aftermaket to warm the oil. You truck may have come from the cold country and the other may be part of an old snow plow kit. Most trucks in MI have a plug hanging on the left side and it is for the snow plows.
