Ignition timing problems
Ok this one has me scratching my head, I went and checked my timing on friday (mostly just to try out my new timing light), and I discovered my timing was off about 5degree's. Recomended on my vehicle is 10 degrees BTDC so I went and set timing to that, reconnected spout, and went on my way. I took a long drive in it yesterday 600 miles roundtrip and the gas mileage went way up 
. However it feels like the van has lost power and it now idles rough.
Anyone have any ideas or comments? 92 Aerostar 3.0L
