Are you getting any help from one of your buddies? I have been over and over a problem just to have someone else spot it right off. 2 heads are better than one.
If your intake is leaking more than likely you would be getting antifreeze sucked into your engine.
The valve train noise could be coil bind from the high lift of the 1.7 rockers/cam combo, check with the valve spring manufacturer to see if they are right.
Pedistal mount rockers or stud?

Actually None Of My Buddies Have Any Intrest Or Knowledge In Engine Rebuilding, So Dead End There, But I'll Check To See If The Springs Are Ok, Just Installed New Intake Gaskets, Helped Somewhat, But Still Have Only 13.5" Vac, Should Be Around 17.5" If My Sons 351w, 95 F150 Is Any Thing To Gauge It By. Do I Need To Tear It Down Again? If So What Do I Look For? By The Way Thanks For The Suggestions!

Oh And Have Pedestal Rockers BUT IF I INSTALL THE OLD ONE OFF THE 302 I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE IF THE NOISE CHANGES, RIGHT?

On the valvetrain noise issue, with the 1.7 ratio rocker arms, are you still running your old valve covers? If so, the rockers could be hitting the valve cover, just a thought

That's a good guess there. Plus I'd check to make sure the valves are fully closing. If one is being held open due to rockers not being adjusted correcly or pushrods being too long it will cause a miss

i have new taller valve covers, so no noise from there, valve appear to be set correctly, can just rotate push rods when set to manufacter's spec's , i guess its rip apart time again.
