Power steering pump replacement, you'll need a p/s pump pulley remover and installer. Once the pulley is removed you will have access to the mounting bolts that holds the pump onto the bracket. You will also need open end or line wrenches to remove the p/s hose. When you reinstall the pulley make sure the hub of the pulley is flush with the face of the pump shaft. Otherwise your belt alignment will be off.
Power steering gearbox replacement, remove the bolt that holds the steering shaft onto the splined pinion on the gearbox. Remove the p/s hoses. You'll need a pitman arm puller to remove the pitman arm. The driver's side wheel well remove the 3 bolts that holds the gearbox. When reinstalling the gearbox find the torque specs for those bolts, you don't want to overtighten these or something will break. Once the steering shaft is put on, count the turns on your steering wheel lock to lock. Find your center point and reconnect the pitman arm. This way your wheels are straight and so is your steering wheel.
If you are replacing the gearbox and pump, get new p/s steering hoses while everythings out. Hope this is all the stuff you were asking for.
Bleeding power steering box. Make sure your front wheels are off ground, Fill power steering pump reservoir to cold level marking, do not crank or start engine this well cause bubble which is bad!!! Instead turn steering slowly both way several times just shy of stops ( going up tight against stop can cause bubble), now check fluid level at this time you should have to add fluid. repeat this step until you don't have to add steering fluid. Now start engine and let run for a while than check fluid level.
