autolamp problem

autolamp problem

I have a 1997 Explorer Limited Edition. The autolamp seems to stay activated even with the mirror switch in the off position and the headlight switch off. Where do I start? This is my first post

The auto lamp sensor may be shorted. I have seen a couple like that. Check the relays also.
