Intercooler tube blew off...any fixes?

There is a rib/recess on the steel pipes; when you slip the blue one over make sure the clamp is directly on the rib and very straight. Not canted at all. As the clamp tightens it will depress the softer connecting hose and help collapse the rubber into the grove.
