My friends 97 PSD is leaking oil perty bad. I was able to find that it feels like it is coming from the front left under the exhaust manifold. It was dark so I realy couldn't see what is in that area. Any ideas of what I might be?
Hey powerstroker when I replaced the o-ring when I went to start it she realy didn't want to start. The question I have is by taking that plug out did the air in that chamer have to work its way out before the injectors would fire properly? The truck runs great (infact the guy said better then before) but I just have to know if my thought is correct about the air:-X11

Yes, the air has to be worked out of the system. The oil rails get pressurized from about 500psi to 3000psi depending on rpm and load.
