Missing door jamb sticker (code sticker)
I just bought my 2003 E350 but it was missing the door jamb sticker. I see where it used to be. How do I get a replacement? Just ask the dealer?

Good question. That could come in handy. For example, my V10 12 pass is emissions exempt here in GA because of weight restrictions. The guy walked up, opened the door and said, "thought so, you're exempt, you weight too much".

i called Ford customer service once. gave them my VIN and they knew everything about my vehicle. (they better know!) i would start with them. Off topic: i asked my 15 year old son to take a picture of the door sticker on my 91 f250 with his camera phone. he reached for the sticker saying something about pulling it off for a better picture. we call him lefty now. just kidding. he just got his hand smacked and lectured on the importance of the door sticker. LOL
