Wireless headphones

Can you add the wireless headphones from the 04 X to an 03 and what would you need other than the headphones (that I aready have) is it just a plug in or is there more to it?

Unfortunately, the wireless headphones also require the transmitter that is built into the rear overhead console on Ford Excursions with the DVD package. Without that, there might be a way to jury-rig something aftermarket, but I would not know where to start.
