My personal favorite was the episode when Homer ate the 'Forbidden Donut' and then became a donut himeself:

Marge: "Homer stop eating yourself!"
Homer: "Ohhh.. but I'm so sweet and tasty!!"

It's my favorite show as you can see by my avatar. My favorite episode is the one when homer goes skiing and flanders comes down the hill w/ a skin tight suit. Homers practically blinded by seeing flanders body and was distracted. He started sliding down the hill and of coarse he can't ski. His legs split open and says "owwww this is the worst pain ever!" and then starts goin through the mogels that hit him in the crotch. LMAO in that one. He then flips off the jump ramp and does a face plant in the snow. Gets up and jumps right back on the chairlift. Classic.

I also like the one when Homer starts a biker gang called the "Hell's Satans" with Lenny, Carl, and Moe. Then he finds out there already is a Hell's Satans who come to beat him up and steal Marge. When Homer catches up to them and takes Marge back he says "My wife is not a Doobie to be passed around"...I like that cuz my last name is Dube (pronouced the same way) and it's funny for that..uh..other reason .
