Normal tranny temp???
My guage starts at 140. Around town it may stay on 140 all the time. Twenty miles on the interstate and it will rise to about 160. Once that warm, driving slower or stopping will allow the temp to rise to around 170. So far, have not driven under a load.
At least, that's been my experience.

Normal tranny temp???
Just installed the isspro tranny gauge about a week ago and have put about 200+ miles on her. Most of the time it would run between 145 - 180 degrees, but when I get on the freeway traveling about 65mph for 35 to 40 miles it got up to 210-215 degrees, not towing or having any load in the bed. No hills, but it was about 95 degrees outside. I use synthedic oil in the tranny. The temp still seems a bit high. Anyone else have high temp readings?
