Hey guys I was reading in my new issue of "Petersons 4wheel and Offroad" that some guys use cooking spray on there tires to keep the treads and voids running clean in the mud. Just thought I would pass it on to you mudders out there.
Yea, that trick has been around for awhile. Guys spray it on their undercarriage too. I've never bothered with it myself. Big voids and wheelspeed do just fine
Yeah......wouldnt bother with the spray....on the tires or undercarriage.
There is a kick *** article on the D300 in that mag! And that S10 on the front is freaking awesome! I saw that guy at this past years Rock Race! (remember the photos that I poasted....and got in trouble for)
I sometimes use the butter flavored spray to remind me it's dinner time . . . and the little critters on the trail love it. Did it once but it seemed to take a whole friggin can and a lot of time, plus to have to roll the truck and spray again to get the spot you missed. Worked fine but seemed to be more trouble than it was worth.
Ivan, your not supposed to spray it in your underwear
You guys weren't talking about underwear? I thought the Pam made it easier to clean out your drawers after a almost tipping your rig? Okay, so you're all talking about spraying your tires . . . gotcha . . . yes, that would be a dandy idea but how can you get traction if you can't stick to anythink?

i'd try it but i would try and eat my tires, i already wanna make love to them!
Ive tried this stuff called MUDD-OFF that stock car racers use to keep mud from building up and makes easier clean ups -didnt do a damn thing other than waste my time and money. TEXAN1983-- are you in a club or interested in some wheelin in Iowa???

-cutts-
I think that falls under the tmi category
I guess if I'm on the trail someday and come around a corner to see some guy dry humping his irocs I'll know who it is. Too bad I don't make enough money to pay for that therapy bill...
wyldstallyn73- i am not in any clubs here in Iowa, and i am always interested in wheeling. you live in iowa? what part?
Pro- seeing something like that would almost kill any thoughts of wheeling agian! i mean everytime you would go off-road you whould just have that mental picture and it would ruin it!
