i have an E4OD and want to install a temp probe in it.has anybody ever done this? wheres the best place to put the probe? what temp should my slush box be running so i get the correct temp range on the gauge. i must say i will never own another slush box,but since i have recently spent over $3,000.00 to have it replaced i dont want to do it again!

 

There's a pressure test port on the drivers side forward of the gear selector and just above the pan. It's 1/8" pipe thread and an easy place to put the sender.
