Epoxy Primer over Zero Rust?
I plan on painting them with epoxy primer.
Would I be better to paint the inside/wheelwell with Zero Rust?
Would there then be any point in applying the epoxy primer?
I also want to put on an undercoating such as the rattle can rubberized undercoating, or a spray on truck bed liner. Would these go over the Zero Rust or Epoxy OK?
Thanks...
Assuming your car will be a driver and not a trailer queen...
Epoxy on the outside. Zero Rust on the inside. My ZR rep says the closer ZR is to the metal, the better it works. While it wouldn't hurt to apply ZR over the top of epoxy, you could be defeating some of the qualities of ZR.
I don't use rattle can undercoating. I've been total that after awhile, it cracks and actually leads to rusting.
