oil recomendation

which oil is recommended to use in a 4.6l with 122000 miles that does'nt burn oil or have any leaks. I do a little towing with it and change my oil about every 2000 miles

You would be far better off to go to the oil and lubrication forum for this question. There is about 4 years worth of back and forth on the topic in 1,500 posts. Happy reading.

I agree.

Personally I would run the weight that is stamped on the oil filler cap, or what is stated in your owners manual.
