want shifter handle

i've looked at all part shops, even those who claim to be truck specialists, and found none. one guy even asked me if i had a 'manual or automatic' after telling him i need a shifter

i even tried online. other than ebay, does anyone have any suggestions? online or offline? even autozone let me down.

i just need the shaft/handle that comes up from the shifter (floor) because I like to sit with my back against the seat and not lean forward to shift.
