I'm thinking about doing some horse trading for an 81 F150, 4x4, 351w, auto. Anyway, the guy says if the truck sits for more than a couple days. When you start it, it won't drop right into gear unless you let it warm up a little. Drive it every day and no problems, but if it sits it does this. Does this sound like a serious tranny problem? I'll pass on the deal if it's going to cost me a bunch of dough right off the bat.
