than you need a smaller pulley.
I remember that there are underdrive pulley available, but I can't remember the Magazin. Try some magazines like Super Ford, Mustang monthly (sport cars). I think you'll find some ads there.
The other way is to go to a maschine shop. They properly able to make one on a lathe. But - maybe very expensive...
My question: Why you need more ps pressure?
