My tire do that, rotating them helps but the real problem is the twin I beam, the weight causes the tire to bounce. As the shocks get worse so does the wear changing to a good set of shocks help.

im thinking of rotating the tirs and putting new shocks on but i still have a rotor issue. mine is a 1 ton so no I beams here.

Maybe a bent rim. All three of our work truck had this problem. They were all 2wd 1tons and the front rims had bent or warped. The tire shop we used said that they had seen this on several fords and they summed it up to a bad batch of wheels from the factory. Sure enough as soon as some new rims were installed the vibration in the front end went away. This vibration wasn't just a minor thing either, the stearing wheel would violently shake back and forth.
