Hey purp..."I may have to take it in anyway, my windshield washers only squirt about one inch up on my windshield."

I remember reading about someone else having this problem. If my memory serves me correct, the tube was clogged. Try disconnecting it and blow out the tube. You might try searching for the thread or post.

No, actually I did have washer hose plugged and I did blow through the washer tubing to clear it. The tongue in cheek was blaming in on the motor.

Yeah, I know you did. It seemed like huntercgr was trying to tell me how to fix it or find the thread and I was trying to let him know I started it. BTW, my garage door opener little thingy in the overhead console is intermittant but I heard it has been fixed with the 04 motor.

I checked mine for trouble codes. None found.

The only time I had trouble with codes was a PCM KAM error and an OBD II test error the first time I tried to install my 65 HP program. At the end of the sequence it prompts "Disconnect the Predator" and continue. So I disconnected it. and the screen went blank. I reconnected and had the errors. I cleared the errors. I reinstalled the factory program and reinstalled the 65 HP program, except this time I pressed "Continue" before I disconnected. It prompted me again to disconnect with the "Continue". I pressed the continue and the Predator started with the opening splash screen and no errors.

There is a little logic inconsistency in the design. Usually it gives you an instruction like "Turn on the key. Do not start the engine......." then press "Continue" but at the end you don't do the instruction to disconnect. You just press "continue".

po606 po232

I recently purchased another Ford with the 7.3 Diesel and drove it 8 hours home, after I got it home I put my chip in it and now it will idle for a few seconds and turn off just like you turn the switch off, It will start right back up and run good but will not idle if I take my chip out it will idle fine, I dont have an check engine light on but it will shoot a po603 Kam error and a po232 fuel pump circuit error. Has any one ever seen this. Thanks
