Keypad & Mirror's Not Working - GEM Module Maybe?

Keypad & Mirror's Not Working - GEM Module Maybe?
I have a 2001 Expo XLT. The Keypad & the remote on the driver's side door for the mirrors are both not working. I checked the fuses. Any idea what might be causing the problem? I was told it might be the GEM Module.

Fuse for mirrors is position 4 (5 amp) in the power dist. box under hood. This same fuse as well as position 8 (5 amp) control the RAP module (antitheft module). Check these again.
If fuses good, Check the switch for the mirrors. The mirrors are seperate from the GEM. If the mirrors dont work, I suggest replacing the switch on the door.
