Adding Keypad to Driver's Door

I am trying to add the keypad to my XLT driver's door. I have located the code on the GEM and found the required harness in the door. I got the part numbers for the keypad (7L2Z14A626AA) and the harness to connect the keypad to the truck (1L2Z13C722AA). However, no one can give me the part number(s) for whatever the parts I need on the exterior of the door to actually hold the keypad.

I added the keypad to my old F150 back in the day and this is the first Ford vehicle I've had that didn't have the keypad. I really miss it and now realize just how often I used it.

Has anyone had to replace the keypad or the housing around it that might be able to help me figure out what I need here?
