cat qustiong

i got and 81 ford f-100 straight six.. and i was told if u remove the cat it would help in hp is that true? and if so is it going to be low end ?

a high flow cat would do the same thing and keep your truck im legal,bob

unless they are bad , in that truck , you wont notice much change. do you actually have two cats? if so you can replace both with just one .
