Hey guys, great info. But I'm having trouble finding the MAP sensor line to splice into. I'm looking, going by your posts but am having trouble. Any help appreciated.

After looking at all the gauge choices, I went with ISSPRO from DieselManor because of the pictures and instructions they have on their website. They also include all fittings and lines for just about every possible place you could put the gauges--ended up with all kinds of brass bushings/electrical line/vacuum line left over that wasn't needed for my particular install. They also painted the underdash mount to match. Their pics of the wires to tap were great.

Stand on the front bumper, look about 1' to the left of the turbo. There is a gaget on a bracket attached to the firewall with a vacume hose that goes to the intake. Splice a "T" into this line for your boost signal.

Found it. Install went pretty well. Banks pyro and boost. Mounted on floor between 4x4 lever and shifter on little stainless bracket I made. Thanks.

No question. Always great info. Can't wait to get some more experience and join in some spirited "discussions".

Thumbs up Finally putting the gauges in

I have had the gauges here for a few weeks - just too busy. But I reprogramed my 2004 2 weeks ago - to the 65hp level with my Predator. So I figured this weekend was a good time to do it. Using previous posts - and the manuals that came from Banks - I have the job partially done tonight. I bought the 3 gauge dash top mount, boost and pyro gauges from Banks. I bought a 150 psi oil pressure gauge from Autometer.

The hook up of the Boost gauge was easy. The pyro took a little more effort. I ended up taking the manifold off the engine to drill and tap for the thermocouple. During the removal I found that one of the bolts holding the turbo pipe coupling to the manifold had been bent and overtorqued which pulled threads. That made removing it hard - and I am going to have to wait until Monday when the dealer opens to get the special bolt to put that back together. I will put the oil pressure unit in tomorrow - I have taken pictures of some of this - and will post them when I am finished.
