lifter question

I am rebuilding this v6 and 6 of the lifters fell out on one side, this block only had about 10,000 miles on it and i was just doing a inspection. the lifters are mixed up and i was told that we should replace all the lifters now that they are not in order but i wanted to get some more advice. if anyone knows if they can be reused or not please let me know

If your rebuilding the motor you should redo the lifters to,but the lifters are normaly matched to their place on the cam.

ok thanks i think the guy im working with is going to go roller so we are going to change them out

Its better to go ahead and put new ones in. Might save ya a from buying a new camshaft later on down the road. If it was roller to begin with it wont matter where you put them back in at.
