My cranking problem has reappeared. I can't figure out what is causing the engine to drag after a start attempt. I have to remove the all the spark plugs, spin the engine then reinstall them before I can attempt to restart.

When mine is back on the road, this will be my better half's vehicle(the 1 who allows me to spend money fruitlessly).
Symptom: Engine cranks, starts, runs for appox. 4 secs then dies with no restart until about an hour later, then does same thing again when starts. When it does run, RPM increases to 3000(smooth, not rough, then dies).
Re-cap: Remove entire engine from F250, 5.8L FI, with complete under hood harness and computer. Rebuilt engine, new Comp Cam(computer friendly), rebuilt injectors, throttle body, new TPS, new throttle cable, new plugs(had Bosch Plats but S&G's, I installed Motorcraft plugs, no change). New dizzy cap. rotor. wires and TFI module. All other sensors check out compared to new ones, limits in manuals don't correspond to the old ones or the new ones and are the same as on the 5.0L removed. New battery, starter and cables.
KOEO fuel press is 35-40psi and holds. Computer checks good with KOEO test. Can't do a KOER for obvious reasons(lol).
I'm about at my witts end as what to do next. I don't mind spending money on it if the results are "POSITIVE". If you have the time, you can read the previous posts here to get an idea of what's been going on with it. I didn't want to start a new thead.
