Undercoated the truck about a week ago and ever since have this annoying squeek when in reverse at low speeds. Today it started doing it in drive at low speeds as well but not as often or loud as reverse.
Crawled under her and did see some undercoating that dripped down on the rubber boot around the slipjoint, wiped it off and it still squeeks. sprayed lube oil on the rear bushings for the stabilzer bar but not sure where its coming from exactly. One min sounds like the rear end by the wheels, another min it sounds like its at the slipjoint area.
possible your new under coating is not related to the squeek, try checking ujoints if you dont find anything, sometimes you have to drop drive line to find worn or dry needle bearings.
