swapped harnesses
I had a wire burn up under the dash a few weeks ago, so I bought a 71 parts truck and took the whole harness out and swapped it in. This one had the electric choke I think, my question is the little switch looking thing on the drivers door jamb has two wires that run thru the fire wall and tie into the motor harness, then there is one brown resistance wire with a clip that looks like it plugs to choke, am I right, I didn't want to plug it in till I knew. Also now my turn signals are not working, everything else works, but I think it may be the relay, I heard it click once then that was it. What a job, from headlight all the way under the dash, the 70 harness has connecters in different places than a 71.
