sorry i didnt read where you got them they look good either way and have you drove it at night? they glow off the bluew back ground lights they look good i thinka dn you can see the needles!
I took the blue lens covers off, so that there is white light in the background instead of the bluish color. The white background works better, because those needles kinda glow in the dark because of their flourescent color.
is there noticeably more light with out the blue covers? the time in between day time and night time I cant quite see my guages so i need more light. while I'm in there I might as well touch up the orange and white...
Yes the back lights are much brighter without the lens covers installed. I usually only have to have my lights turned all the way down to be able to see them still.
yes i never thought about doing that myself i kinda liek th blue the on the back ground with the orange needles on the guages you know i was thinking about doing an experiment and getting some florecent green paint or blue maybe and painting the old needles on my guages very carefully of course to see how that would look i think florencent blue needles or grene would look just as cool as the orange ones id probley do blue since i have the blue tint bulbs in dimond cut head lights and blue les covered dome like inside my cab i dont know if they make it or it would work but im seriously thinking on it just to see what would happen
