2004 Ford Explorer XLS

Quick qestion. I currently have a o4 XLS with the 16in rims. I would like to put the XLT (17in) rims on it. Will this cause any issues the the transmission?

Im guessing the XLTs come with lower profile tires (65s vs 70s lets say) so the overall diameter is the same. So, if thats true so long as you switch tires also, you should be still "stock".

True. I will look up what a stock XLT tire size is and take it from there.
