Locking Lugnut Key

It is rounded on the outside and i cant find a socket that will fit on the inside. Even by hammering. I called O'Rieleys and they said that they just got a shipment in of tools that will remove the locking lug nut. Its 13 dollars so im gonna see if i can rent it from them instead of buying it since itll only be used once.

I had locking lugs on a car I bought used as a teen and saw the key in the ashtray, did not know what it was, and threw it away...then i got a flat... STUPID. Friends laughed entire time as they broke it off for me.
