drivers door lock
history 1990 F250 Driver door lock actuator stopped working. replaced actuator ,does not lock unlock. disconnect the rod to key lock everything works. every time I tried the key lock, te only way to get key out was in the position. With key in the inside locks worked. Key out do not work. I ordered a new lock set same problem. I did notice the rod from key to latch was loose and would move up and down with out doing anything. Not being able to find the right clip I zip tied it.
The Ford manual offered no help.
