get skyjackers 6" lift KIT and then go to sky manufacturing and get the shackle flip kit. saves you about $400 and it maintains a nice smooth ride as well as plenty of flex! check out my gallery, that's exactly what i did.
I'm with the "more lift first or regret it later" theory. It's the width of the bigger tires that really demand the clearance when she starts to flex. Hey fish, looks like the old man's got his act together with the "trailer queen". Luv those old box types. The flip looks clean too.

but i'm with the cutting theroy too. just wish i could afford the tires i want so i would have a reason to cut!! I hate going back to school more than ever now!
Ho still hasn't come around to trimmin my fenders yet althoughI tell him to come on with it. To be honest....I would rather crawl over a civic rather than rig one up for a mud bog....that's just me though.
