Unhappy 2003 Third row power seating not working

Does anyone know if it is possible to bypass the power third row seating? Mine is not working and it is stuck in the down position. I have checked the fuses and they are fine. Is there something I am missing or another thing I could check to possibly fix it without taking it to a dealership? Thanks in advance.

Looking in the service manual the pinpoint test starts off by measuring the voltage at certain points. It says the problems could be a fuse, wiring, or the Body Security Module (BSM). I suggest going into the dealer.

Note: The third row power-fold seat operates only when the vehicle is in PARK and the liftgate glass, liftgate door or any entry door must be open.

This happened to me yesterday. Are the headrests in the way? My headrest on the left was extended, preventing that side of the seat from folding up. Of course your problem can be because of something totally different but it's worth a shot.
