Police Package - Adding Third Row Seat

Just won auction for a police package for a 2010 Excursion, trying to decide to use as family car or work vehicle. Is it possible to install a third row seat? The frame does not seem to have the welds or attachments to install a third row. Does any one know if this is possible?

such a shame

So many good buys with the SSVs out there. Wish Ford would have left the attachment points so people could bolt in the belts and seats from a wrecked truck.
