Yep they are all on the road at once.There are supposed to be making money.

ok, easy one....

go to your local dealership, or autoparts hut... pick up an "IAC" gasket, and an "EGR" gasket.

pull them both off the truck, clean em with brake cleaner, or carb cleaner, and a small screwdriver, being careful not to damage the rubber diaphram in the egr valve. test the diaphram by suckin on the vacuum nipple (kinda dirty soundin)...replace if it does not move the valve.....

put back on, surging gone.


now, to identify them, the egr will be the rusty thing bolted to the intake...easy to spot, everyhting else is aluminum.
the IAC is a small can lookin thing bolted near the throttle body.
both will have an electrical connector on them....

takes about an hour to do them both.
