I like the bull bar. I don't think it will work for me since I have a snow plow.
Are the replacement headlight and backup bulb just a plug in thing or do they need a relay added?
Thanks!
You can usually just wire them into your existing lights. You should probably add a relay anyway, though, as it'll up the power to all your lights.... (from what i've read).
Many add a wiring harness from both batteries to the headlamps to replace the marginal stock wiring ...
someone reported a 2volt increase at the lamp which is substantial...
and the replacement headlamps bulbs are just a plug and play...
so are the replacement 9005 fogs...
I am looking around for the replacement backup lights that jdadamsjr said he upgraded in his backup lights to 55w but I cannot find a replacement for the stock 1156k that is in my backup light now. I did find the PIAA 19617 replacement for my 9007 headlights though.
And, can I replace the 899 bulb in my fogs to something brighter and what would the part be?
The replacement backup BULBS I got where from J C Whitney...
but I also added a set of low profile fog lights as auxillary backup lights...
think I got them from Auto zone for about $20... but you could get some from many local places...
And the replacement fogs are standard 9005 bulbs - I got PIAA's there too...
