Yes of course, the V12 replaces the old V8 and the V16 will replace the old V10. (The engine bay is being lengthened 15Ft so you may want to remodel the garage.) Also the Diesel is going away for 2006 and is being replaced by a Westinghouse 5.5 MWe PWR (Pressurized Water Reactor) nuclear reactor/generator that will run on Uranium-zirconium alloy pellets. 15% Uranium enriched at 85%. The expected core life is 25 years. A less expensive General Electric BWR (Boiling Water Reactor) 4.2 MWe will be available in 2007.
The PWR (Pressurized Water Reactor) nuclear reactor/generator that will run on Uranium-zirconium alloy pellets is also going to power the Inline 12. However, I heard that Chevy is going to use the General Electric BWR (Boiling Water Reactor) not Ford.
Yes, and they will also stop using the Power Stroke and start using a Cummins ISX 565 (565HP) since they already own Cummins anyway. To accomodate the extra weight, Ford will install a factory airbag suspension on all diesels and the GVWR and GCWR on the F350 dually will be raised to 15,000 and 35,000. Due to the size of the engine, the engine bay will be extended and the cab will be raised 4 ft.
It is rumoured that the lighter ISX 450 will be available in the F150. No word yet on modifications to the F150.
