How to fix CD Eject Error

I have the MACH audio in my 00 Mountaineer and am getting the eject error message and cant insert a CD.Before now it would take a cd but sort of skip or cut out.I went to that website,but dont want to pay$20 if someone here can tell me how.Thanks,Bart

Take out the fuse and see if she resets.

I would like to know how to fix this too. I would think that someone here would have fixed this problem and could share that information.
