I've got a 5.0 and im debating which would be better. Adding headers or going with a cam. Headers would be about 200$ installed. Cam i imagine would run me around 250-300. I would do the work myself. Do you think a cam is a better investment over time. I plan to keep the truck and not sell it. Mods as of now, are true dual exhaust.
