Question Which cam? How about headers?

Anyone got any ideas on what would be a good cam to run in an '87 5.0 4x4 with a 4spd? I'm lookin for some good low to mid range torque, but I don't know too much about cam grinds.

How about headers, would I be better off with short tubes or long tubes?

I know about the headers, i would go long tubes. As for the cam question, you might get an answer here, but im sure you will get a much better answer down in the Perfomance and engines section, jus go to the 5,0/302 and 5.8l/351 ford small blocks section.

I asked a similar question, and was given a part number and what i would expect to gain from that specific grind.

Lots of knowledeable people down there.
