I have the same "hard pedal" problem posted earlier. Anyhow, someone mentioned that if the proportioning valve were bad then the rear brakes would not bleed. All me brakes bleed but my helper told me the pedal did not go to the floor or was not real easy to push (hard to get a clear answer out of my loved ones). Anyhow, is there a definitive way to test the proportioning valve? Those things are pretty pricey and I don't want to buy one unless I have to. Thanks.
