no rebate for export???

NOW I know what the problem is! You can't get the rebate because Ford sells new F-150s in the Phillipines, plus they have a plant there. When Ford has an assembly plant in a foreign country, then they don't allow you to bring in a new vehicle, as your competing with the new-truck Ford dealers in that country. It would have to be a used vehicle, which means titled in the U.S., and driven here for at least 6 months.

Ford Philippines does have a plant down here but they only make the Ranger, Everest & Lynx.
I'm ordering the Eddie Bauer Expedition which they don't sell or even make down here. but they do sell the XLT expedition which they are buying in bulk from the plant in USA.
There are laws in place here which does not allow us to import used vehicles anymore.
I have asked Ford Philippines to do the importing of Eddie Bauer for me but they refuse it because i'm only buying 1 unit. They told me they only deal in bulk that's the reason I had to buy it on my own in the USA.
So I think it's only fair to say that they were the first to refuse my order.
