cruse control

i am having a proublem with my cruse control. the light just flashes and does not stay on. i checked the fuses and they are all good. i am oringal owner and have 49,000 miles on it. it is a 99 mazda b3000 troy lee designs 3.0L V6 FF.

One possibility is the speed sensor on the tranny is faulty.
You should take it in to have the system checked.
