Throttle ?
Hi All
Soon to be a new 6.0 owner. Got a question. May sound strange, but...
What controls the throttle on this engine? Is there a throttle plate? Is the throttle just controlled by the injectors?

All computer. There is no throttle plate. You step on the accelerator and depending on the position of the throttle (varying resistance results in voltage increase) tells the computer that the human (carbon based unit) wants to go faster. Computer then tells the turbo to spool up and injectors to spray more fuel.
