Intake Manifold
I was wanting to know who i could take my intake to, to make the opening bigger? Is this something that I possibly could do? Ive heard if you have a dremmel tool you could do it yourself in an afternoon....is this possible?

Check out several different threads in the Performance forum with titles like ....Porting & Polishing....
Look for a few notes by either JWTaylor or myself - Ferguson777.
Those posts should contain links to several very thorough articles on the WWW about how to do it. There is also a fairly good article on the webpage of Standard Abrasives ( related to using the porting and polishing kit they sell).

You can open the ports to match the intake gasket, but unless you open it up all of the way from top to bottom, it really won't help.
Most people have these type of intakes Extrude Honed. They run a thick abrasive substance thru it that ports it all of the way thru.
